Shipping Policy

For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the Indian courier service. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Usually, we deliver orders within 6-7 Business Days across India. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Period
You have 3 days from the date you receive your jewelry to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it
Unworn or unused, with tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at qarinahjewels@gmail.com to initiate a return. The date of your email will be considered the official return request date. Please note that we do not accept return requests via Instagram, WhatsApp, or other platforms.

Reverse Pickup & Return Timelines
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Reverse pickups may take 2–3 business days to be scheduled.
Once picked up, the product may take 4–5 days to reach our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at qarinahjewels@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. Make sure to reference the unboxing video, as it will help us understand the condition of the item when it was opened.

Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date you receive your jewelry to request an exchange.
To exchange an item, return it first. When requesting a return, please mention the product you want to exchange it with. This helps us reserve the item for you in advance for up to 14 days. Once your return is accepted, we'll notify you to place a new order for the desired item, or let our team know, and we’ll place the new order for you.

Handling Charges

A handling charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at qarinahjewels@gmail.com.
