Return Period
You have 3 days from the date you receive your jewelry to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Important Unboxing Requirement
Before proceeding with your return, please review our Unboxing Mandate to understand the important requirements for recording your unboxing process. This step is crucial for preventing any miscommunication regarding the condition of your item upon receipt.
How to Start a Return
Email us at qarinahjewels@gmail.com to initiate a return. The date of your email will be considered the official return request date. Please note that we do not accept return requests via Instagram, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at qarinahjewels@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. Make sure to reference the unboxing video, as it will help us understand the condition of the item when it was opened.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first. When requesting a return, please mention the product you want to exchange it with. This helps us reserve the item for you in advance for up to 14 days. Once your return is accepted, we'll notify you to place a new order for the desired item, or let our team know, and we’ll place the new order for you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at qarinahjewels@gmail.com.
